VBA - Working in the background

I'm sorry. I tried to post this in the wrong spot. Hopefully, this will be fine.

I know that you can tell the macro to do the work in the background and not show the changes till it is done, but I don't remember how to do that. Can anyone let me know what I need to add?

This is supposed to speed the macro up. I remember reading about it. I have 2 complicated macros that I would like to add that code to.
